hello!
i had a long day today.
kind of tired. mentally.
but at least there's no work due tmr!
easter break is coming XD i'll be going for a camp over the weekend. and then i'll have to spend a substantial bit of the holidays doing assignments and preparing for tests :( the pace of uni is quite fast! there seems to be no end to work. well this is school life for you!
okay that sounds too gloomy. actually, besides the workload, i like where i am right now. i know it's where i'm supposed to be.
i'm getting to know some of my coursemates better, which is a good thing because lessons are so much better with good company! and ocf is a good way to spend friday nights. oh and i think the campus is quite pleasant actually! a lot of trees and nice buildings. don't you think a nice studying environment brightens up things so much? (: which is partly why i wanted to study in london, but that is another story. i don't like it as much when the buildings are so rectangular and greyish. just another of my personal preferences.
did you know there is an abundance of gelato and chocolate cafes here?! sweeet.
ooh yes last monday i went for moomba, which is this annual festival they have here. KAREN went too! (: there was a 10 minutes fireworks display which was so so pretty. the ones that dripped down gently were the prettiest of all.
and on saturday i went for an aussie wedding of family friends (:
